Enterprise is wholly living. It’s living adventurously. It’s getting every experience out of life that is possible. Enterprise is opening yourself up to new experiences, living in the moment and accepting outcomes good and bad, because it’s the experience that is the goal, not the result.

Try things, have experiences, live in the moment, try, fail, adjust and retry.

We all have choices at every juncture of the day. A decision is a fork in the pathway of our life that takes us in a certain direction. These ‘forks in the road’ happen all day every day but the problem is we generally take no notice. We make the small decisions without thinking, we make them based on what we’ve always done, what’s easy. Yet every decision leads you on a new path, and that path changes direction exponentially based on the decisions we make, and by the time we reach a major intersection where a big decision is required we finally become conscious of what we’re deciding on, and for the first time we stop looking at our feet and lift our heads to see where we are, and we realise we’re lost and a long way from home.

Become conscious of all the little decisions you make every day, and make them in line with your core values. Then when you get to the big decisions you’ll look back and won’t believe how far you’ve come both personally and in your business life.
